1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Seniya Topup Developer API platform (ff-api.seniyatopup.com.lk), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

2. API Access & Subscriptions

Developer API keys are strictly personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all orders executed under your API token.
Subscriptions run on a 30-day billing cycle. Upon expiration, API calls will return HTTP 403 (Subscription Expired) until renewed.
Automated expiration notifications are dispatched via email at 4, 3, and 2 days prior to plan expiration.

3. Garena Shells & Fulfillment Disclaimer

Seniya Topup operates as an independent technical middleware and automation provider. Garena, Free Fire, and Garena Shells are registered trademarks of Garena Online Private Limited. Seniya Topup is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Garena. All shell deductions are executed against your authorized shells account.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of game top-ups, successfully delivered orders into Free Fire gamer IDs cannot be reversed or refunded. Please ensure your bots and customers verify the Player UID before submitting orders.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to abuse the API infrastructure with volumetric attacks (DDoS), credential stuffing, or fraudulent payment claims (eZ Cash / Bank Slip tampering). Accounts found violating these rules will be permanently terminated without refund.
